1192724211 2007-10-18 Case # 07-016. Called in by Nancy Coe that well is leaking gas. Inspected well, tank battery and gas line in woods near homes on Hidden Acres Dr and found no gas leak or odor of gas in area. Well is producing by a rabbit. No violations at well ot tank battery. Advised company to repair fence around well. Called Nancy Coe to advise of findings.
1363194213 2013-03-12 I inspected this well and found one plunger lift system installed on the wellhead. There were gauges installed on the tubing and on the casing, but I was not able to access them due to the entire wellhead being enclosed with a triangular shaped steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. No leaks were observed on the wellhead or on the piping around the wellhead. A small gas sales chart recorder was installed on the piping from the wellhead and a residential type gas meter with regulator was plumbed off of the casing. The area within the fence and outside of the fence was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank, one 50 bbl. steel brine storage tank, one horizontal oil and gas separator unit and one drip assembly. There was a residential type gas meter and regulator plumbed off of the separator unit. An identification sign was posted on the steel tank, but the required information was washed off of the sign from the weather. No leaks were observed on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The entire tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintined. I contacted Cal Marks of Transconinental O & G and advised him of the missing information on the identification sign. He advised me that he will take care of the sign within a week.
536888418 2014-04-22 Inspected production well on 04/22/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and a production unit within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. The well is a rabbit well located within a locked metal fence. No well identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. Cal Marks with Transcontinental Oil and Gas was notified of this problem and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
