Well is equipped with 4.5" casing, 1.5" tubing, rods, pump jack, electric motor, electric service. 2" hammer union leaking oil onto 2" 90 Ell and then dripping on the ground. Common tank battery has 50 bbl steel tank that is leaking brine. Brine has seeped out of the side of dike and is pooled next to access road. Took photos and GPS of the well.
