| -1050091717 | 2013-09-12 | Upon inspection, I found that well was producing out of the 4.5" only through a 1" steel line which was then tied into 1" plastic line. This line ran towards the house most likely for domestic use. There is no dike around the tank and separator and the tank shows signs of a leak somewhere on the bottom. The operator must construct a dike according to SPCC requirements and post a proper legible identification. 9/16/2013:Don Wood called and said he has well shut in until he gets it tied into new sales line, but it is supplying domestic gas.
