1143129895 2006-03-22 Inspection this day found the tank - had been hid in trees and couldn't see last time, valve cracked on well, house meter down at tank, tank has good ID's, poor dike, - well is producing.
1332977748 2012-03-28 My inspection this day is a request from landowner. I found the well capable of producing with only 1 valve (open) at the well and producing straight off the 4.5" casing. Good identification was at the well and the tank. There was no meter, flow meter or gauge at the well. Across the road at the 100 bbl tank, I found the "flow meter" as well as a house meter. Valves were open to both meters but the valve from the well to the tank was closed. The flow meter was registering zero and the house gas meter dials were not turning. No other meter or sub-meter was found but they could possibly be co-mingling gas from this well and others into one common meter. Tank dike did not meet SPCC requirements. Pictures taken.
