-1273947628 2014-08-20 This inspection was conducted as a production well status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks. Identification was posted at the tank battery. The inspection revealed that the brine tank appears to be leaking. The dike around the tank was full of water. The water was tested for chlorides with a high range Quantab titrator test strip. The Quantab results were >6000 ppm for chlorides. A phone call was placed to well owner Mr. Daryl Porter and was informed of inspection. Mr. Porter was advised to pump out fluid from dike and tank as soon as he could. Mr. Porter agreed and will check tank for leaks. It did not appear that the water was escaping the dike. 9-9-05(A)9
