-656150317 2014-05-05 Inspected production well on 05/05/2014. There are no tanks associated with this well, just an underground brine vault. The well is equipped with a threaded swedge and an elbow. No identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. Ted Hershey with MFC Drilling was notified of the identification issue and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1187354205 2007-08-17 Requested by Bill Sync to inspect well for a meeting with Seville city officials. Property is being sold where well is located. Well is equipped with pump jack rods and tubing. Pump jack and tank battery is fenced in. Well is located in a marsh area approximatly 300' south of High Street. No violations at this time. Advised Jeff Harmon concrete vault in tank battery is near capasity and brine should be pump out. Sun,70 degrees.
