-1109175198 2013-01-10 My inspection this day was to begin process for entering well into Orphan well program. Columbus had instructed me to put all Hunters Run Corp wells into orphan program. The well is equipped with rods, tubing, a small separator and 100 bbl tank. There is a fair dike around tank with no identification. There is low-hanging electric lines that will be crossed under to get to well. This well was drilled in 1985 into the Ohio Shale. It was perforated in the Berea Ss and the Shale and probably fracted - no indication that the well ever produced. The well should not be difficult to plug and all equipment will need to be removed. Pictures taken, ROE signed by Frank Greenwood.
-150057246 2013-01-10 My inspection this day was to begin the process for entering the well into the Orphan Well Program. Columbus had instructed me to put all Hunters Run Corp wells into orphan program (There were Chief's Orders issued in 2005 for a Bond Forfeiture.). The well is equipped with rods, tubing, a small separator and 100 bbl tank. There is a fair dike around the tank with no identification. There is low-hanging electric lines that will be crossed under to get to the well with a service rig. This well was drilled in 1985 into the Ohio Shale. According to our database, it was perforated in the Berea Ss and the Ohio Shale and possibly fracted - there is no indication that the well ever produced. ODNR has no completion report or well records. This well should not be difficult to plug and all the equipment will need to be removed. Pictures taken, SEM is 101, ROE has been signed by Frank Greenwood.
-189660582 2005-04-11 Inspection found well still not in production. Consists of rods and tubing, 1 100 bbl tank and meter run with no meter. Will send on for chief's orders
1045060080 2009-03-30 Inspection this day found well still has rods, tubing, not producing, idle for some time now. Chris Greenwood has said he will probably take it as his uncle owns land but he has not adopted yet. Tank is still on location, separator has been removed, well hooked into tank but not producing, no ID's. No change from last time inspected.
1064517599 2003-09-25 Inspection this day found well not producing, 4 1/2" casing with tubing? And polish rod, tank area has dike, no ID's, no meter in meter run - well has not produced in very long time. I believe this be orphan well - Hunters Run no more!
1211995867 2008-05-23 Talked to Chris Greenwood - he says if we will give him the well, he will get it going - can work a lease from his uncle, Sam Greenwood. Told him I felt he could have well.
1319267901 2010-12-28 Inspection found this well still idle - hoping that someone will adopt but no interest in it. Well is shut-iu with valve, 100 bbl tank and small "little joe" - all other equipment has been removed. Joe Flarety still around, can't be tied to well legally. Needs to go in orphan well program, Triad has rest of adjoining acerage.
