-201251480 | 2013-10-29 | I returned this morning to find that tubing is on bottom and the plug job is ready to begin. Set bottom plug thru tubing and pulled up and set another plug to cover the Newburg. Ripped casing at 3820 ft and set the Lime Plug to cover the Oriskany. Pull 4-1/2 casing and set the 4 th plug at the bottom of the 8-5/8 casing and then last plug at 200 ft to -0- see plug report for more information. Water truck ran out of water and then had to wait on water.
10505993 | 2012-11-27 | I arrived on site today to conduct a well inspection. I found that the well is idle. I completed a records search of the production and found that the well has been idle since 1998. I contacted the Operator and advised of my findings. I also issued a Notice to plug the well. The option to produce as part of a plug or produce order was not included. All of the equipment needed to produce this well is not in place. The Operator must apply for a plugging permit and continue with the plugging of this well in a 90 day period. | 9-9-05(A)10

1383066211 | 2013-10-28 | I am on site today to plug this with Nicks Well Plugging. It was determined that the 4-1/2" diameter casing does not have mechanical integrity. 1-1/2" inch diameter tubing will be used to set the bottom plug. During our inspection of the records it was determined that the H2S zone in the Newburg was cemented during the production casing cement job. They used 190 sks on the job and it reached a height of 1010 ft. Then a 2 nd plug was set at 4800 ft which is the top of the cement to cover the Newburg. After getting the tubing on bottom it was too late to begin the cement job and be able to pull tubing all the way out. Job was scheduled for Tues.
2054956124 | 2013-10-30 | I am on site today to check the status of the well after it has been plugged. I found it does not have any gas leaking at this time and the top of the cement is down 3 ft from surface. It is ok to cut off below ground level and then cap. |
