1360537354 2014-07-02 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is not capable of production and is currently shut in. The well head consists of a 4" casing to a swedge and a 1.5" gate valve. No lines are connected to the well head. Mr. Mike Vuksic of Kroll Energy accompanied me on this inpsection, and he stated that they plan to put a service rig over this well and put it into production this year. Kroll Energy just acquired the wells on this lease in the past few months and is working toward bringing them all into compliance.
1831211494 2013-04-24 All that was observed during this inspection was 4.5 in. casing sticking out of the ground with a swage and a valve. There were no lines connected and the valve was closed. There was no other production equipment at the well site. Well is idle. There was no identification on the well. I spoke with Mr. David Pottmeyer on the phone and told him about what I had observed. He stated that he hadn't been to those wells in 2 years, but his partner has. He said he would talk to him and come up with something. Identification needs to be posted on the well since the tank battery is shared with 2 other wells. Well needs to be placed in production or plugged. 9-9-05(A)10
