1091043241 2009-06-04 A complaint was received alleging non-production. An inspection revealed that the well is idle and no SPCC dike observed. The well contains a pumping unit with engine and associated surface equipment such as, belts, engine, attached bridle and weights. The valve on the well head was found closed. The valve from pumping tee was observed open with attached 2" black plastic line routed to a 100 bbl tank with no knock-out. Corrosion was observed around the bottom of tank. Old oil observed. No earthen dike was observed at either the well or tank battery. Records indicate that the last year of production was 2002, in which 112 bbls of oil was reported. Brine has not been reported since 1997. Verified that the AD line remains disconnected. Tank GPS reading was also obtained from this inspection. 9-9-05(A)9
