Rex then informed me that he lost his contractor in the area and is having a hard time finding someone to do the work (plant grass). I discussed my concerns about not mulching the site. I explained how the mulch not only helps to get the grass to grow mulch also helps hold loose soil in place to prevent erosion. Rex said that he will see what he can do in the next few weeks. I called Joe Hoerst and explained my conversation with Rex and Joe agreed to give him two weeks to get some grass growing before we go to the next level of enforcement. | ||||
