1371212548 2013-06-11 My inspection found the well not in production. The well had a 4" x 2" sweg with a 2" closed ball valve and plug. There was an identification sign posted with no permit number. The tank battery consisted of one, 100 barrel production tank and two pipelines sticking above ground. One pipeline had a sweg with two closed ball valves and plug. The other pipeline had a closed ball valve and half of a union fitting. The dike was completely weathered. There were plugs on the 4" and 2" load lines. The flow line to the production tank was disconnected. There were two, production tank sitting on location across from the tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. I researched our database and found no reported production for 2012. I took photo of the site. I called Dave Rice at 330-716-3967. He claimed the well was not in production due to theft of the equipment. ODNR Inspector Steve Ochs noted the theft claim in an inspection report dated 10/31/2011. I told Dave to remove the two production tanks and place the permit number on the identification sign.
