1363873667 My inspection found the well not in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was black 1" poly tubing wrapped around the well. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. It was surrounded by a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The identification sign on the production tank was faded and unreadable. There was a 7 day production chart in the separator dated 4/2/2012. I researched our database and found the last reported production was in 2010.

372945829 2013-03-21 My inspection found this well not in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. There was 1" black tubing wrapped around the well. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. It was surrounded by a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The separator had a 7 day production chart that was dated 4/2/2012. The identification was faded and hard to read. There was a plug on the load line. The last reported production was in 2010. I called Stryker Energy at 440-446-9198. I was informed the company sold the sales line to Dominion in 2011. Stryker was in the process of working with Dominion on getting this well back into production. I instructed Stryker to replace the identification sign and remove the tubing from around the well. Also, I told them I would re-inspection the well by 5/1/2013 to see if it was placed back into production.
