866529503 2012-10-04 I conducted an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with no identification and shares a tank battery with permit number 2-3486. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained two, 210 barrel oil/brine storage tanks, two separators, and the proper identification. This P & S Energy Inc., well site shares the tank battery location with Everflow Eastern. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I called P & S Energy Inc., and asked for an identification sign to be posted as the well. I will conducted a follow-up inspection.
