-169782101 2014-06-24 Spoke with Mr. Mike Cisler via telephone call at 8:35 a.m. and explained to him that the Yost #1 (34-167-66031-00-00) and #2(34-167-66032-00-00) wells are not capable of production and will have to be either plugged or put into production. Mr. Cisler verbally agreed to plug the Yost #1 and to put the Yost #2 into production this summer. I explained that he has 180 days to comply. I also notified Mr. Cisler that production records have never been submitted the Yost #3 (34-167-66033-00-00) and #5 (34-167-22475-00-00), and that there are no I.D's posted at the well locations. Mr. Cisler agreed to put new I.D.s up and to make sure production records are submitted to Columbus.
1403647449 2014-06-23 This well was inspected in response to a complaint. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is not capable of production. The well consists of a 7" surface casing rising approximately 3' out of the ground surface to a gas-escape-packer type well head. There are no lines or other production equipment attached to the well. There are no tanks associated with the well. No identification information is posted at the well. The casing is rising out of the ground at an angle (approx. 45 degrees), indicating the well may have been struck with a vehicle or pulled on by equipment at some point. According to RBDMS records, the well has never shown production. The operator shall attain a plugging permit and plug the well. The operator has 180 days to comply with this notice. Mr. Mike Cisler of Cisler Oil and Gas has been notified of this situation via telephone, and has verbally agreed to comply. Photos were taken of the well location. NONE
