1498217972 2012-06-14 On 6/14/2012, I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 210 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separator, and there was no identification posted. The lease road was in good condition. I called Jay Gas & Oil (330-652-1749) and asked to have the proper identification posted. 9-9-05(A)10
