283740571 2014-06-06 Inspected production well on 06/06/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks located within an earthen dike. A small leak was noted from the plug on the front of the tank. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No identification is posted at the wellhead as required. John Bernhardt with JR Bernhardt, Inc. was notified of these issues and will address them as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection. The well status is currently listed as Final Restoration, however production has been filed annually and production is still present; the well status needs changed in RBDMS.
823054250 2013-08-12 The well is not plugged and the pump is still attached. The tank is still on the site but is still in use for another well. Most of the lease road is the driveway to the house on the property. Final restoration does not pass.
