On the day of my inspection Berry Well Svc finished topping off the well for a total of 10 tons clay from the pre-cast plug to surface. They cut the casing off 48" below grade, capped the well with a steel plate, and pulled the flow line up.

On the day of my inspection I found that all production equipment was removed from the site. There were no leaks or spills. The soil was graded out to the approximate original contour. Seed and straw was spread over the well site and the lane used to access the well. Grass growth was established and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes final restoration.

On the day of my inspection I found that Berry Well Svc tagged bottom at 3340'. They shoveled 5 tons of clay in the 4.5" casing, then ripped the casing at 2670'. They pulled up to 2158' and shoveled 5 more tons of clay through the 4.5" casing.

On the day of my inspection Berry Well Svc pulled the remaining free 4.5" casing from the well. They set a pre-cast concrete plug at 1022' then shoveled 3 tons of clay into the well. They attempted to pull the 8.625" casing with no success. The rig pulled 65,000 pounds and the casing would not move. They shoveled clay to surface and shut down for the weekend to let the clay settle.
