1606628858 2008-05-01 CASE 08-005 The Uniontown office received a complaint from Ken Huth at 4296 Massillon Road on the condition of the tank battery, children playing on the tanks and reporting a brine spill. I inspected the site and found no evidence of a brine spill. The tank battery however 1) did not have sufficient secondary containment, 2) did not have the required ID and 3) did not have any fencing or locks on the equipment. The wellhead is fenced and locked. I contacted Rick Batta with North American and requested that the ID be posted immediately and within the next 30 days, the containment dike be rebuilt and the tank battery be fenced and locked. 9-9-02
