1169604874 2007-01-23 I inspected the well location while they were cementing the surface casing.
1228177676 2013-04-25 This inspection was conducted as part of a preliminary restoration status check. The well was equipped with a pumping unit and motor. Fencing is installed around the pumping unit. It was not pumping and valves were open. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation established. The tank battery consists of (2) 210 barrel tanks and a 1500 gallon plastic tank inside an earthen dike. A gas separator is enclosed in a separate earthen dike. Identification is posted at the tank battery. Preliminary restoration meets ORC 1509.072. Note: GPS Lat/Long- N 40.07433 W -82.63518
1736797862 2007-01-18 Dave Hill called with a request to identify the location of the stake for this well. Apparently the farmer moved the stake when he picked the corn and they needed the GPS coordinates. I went to the location and drove a stake in the field indicating the location of the well based on the GPS data received from RBDMS.
