1350657541 2012-10-19 I conducted a production inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was covered by overgrown weeds and thorns. The tank battery was overgrown with weeds and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, a separator, and no identification. The production equipment had the correct spacing. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was good and was shared by permit number 2-2408, but grass covered. I researched our database and found no production reported to Columbus for 2011. I emailed the compliance violation to Jamie Campbell of Big Sky. I will re-inspect the well by 11/19/2012.
