| 1406917590 | 2014-07-23 | On the day of my inspection, accompanied by Brent Bear, the well was equipped adequately to be capable of production. Contents at the well head included; a pumping unit with a motor, tubing, rods, two open valves, one valve approximately ? open, and one black plastic line which led to the production tank area. The contents of the tank battery included one oil storage tank, a mechanical separator, and a production chart box. The valves to the mechanical separator were closed. The chart inside the box, dated 09/24/2013, could not verify production because the moisture on the charts skewed the readings. The closed valves in the production area made this well incapable of production on the day of the inspection. The records in RBDMS only show production for the year 2011 indicating a lack of production for the 2012 and 2013 reporting periods. Photos were taken to verify findings. Operator has sent to me, via email, documentation demonstrating that this well had produced in 2012 and 2013; however this company is still responsible for their delayed reporting. Records are to be reported to Central Office within 14 days of this compliance notice. UPDATE: Statement of annual production has been submitted. The well is now within compliance. RESOLVED | NONEC |
