-1942188277 2014-06-09 Inspected production well on 06/09/2014. The tank battery consists of 3-100 bbl steel tanks located within a large earthen dike. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. A small amount of paraffin was noted on the ground immediately around the wellhead that will need cleaned up. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. Shorts Drilling was notified of the need for clean-up around the wellhead and will address it as soon as possible. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1014317972 2013-04-08 I inspected this well and found one very small electric powered pump jack on the wellhead. There were no gauges installed on the tubing or on the casing so I could not determine the pressure on either. No leaks were seen on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained three 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks and no other production equipment. Only one of the oil storage tanks was in operation and the other two tanks were disconnected from any piping. The flowline leading into the operational tank was encased with a custom made wooden enclosure filled with insulation and connected to an electric line heater. The proper identification sign was posted on one of the tanks and no leaks were seen on the tanks or on the piping in the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the dike was nicely maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for seven other Demeter wells.
1968372369 2010-01-27 Well in production and equipped with pump jack. 2-100 barrel tanks in battery. Sun, 25 degrees.
