-523077084 2007-08-08 Met on site with Ralph Gregory (Bass) and Steve Hagen (Intrepid Well Service) to locate the well and the lease road for the Wurm #1 well. The well has been shut in. The pumper was contacted and he reported that he has not been producing this well, which he referred to as the #2 well. Apparently there is some confusion as to which of the four Wurm wells should be plugged. Bass has decided to postpone plugging until the issue is resolved.
-529161938 2009-09-14 Ownership of the wells has transferred from Bass Energy to P&S Production. I am meeting with them on site tomorrow to discuss the violation issues and getting these four Wurm wells in production or properly plugged and abandoned. The violation issued to Bass Energy is closed and P&S will be given an opportunity to address the issues.
1370274512 2013-04-10 I was on location at the request of the landowner, Greg Raymer, with Supervisor Tom Hill, and Cal Marks (Transcontinental) to discuss the well and installation of new flow line. We reviewed legal documents that showed that Transcontinental had a legal right to access the well and install new flow line at this location. Cal showed us where he planned to bore the new line from and the area that would be impacted. The area was small and should not be a problem with the landowner. We inspected the well which was running on a plunger lift system and was currently shut-in. The well was fenced and the proper ID was posted at the wellhead. There was 1000psi on the wellhead and new fittings had been installed on the flowline. There were no leaks and the well was in good condition and needs to be produced. No violations.
1384274635 2013-10-04 I was on location to check the status of the site following the installation (boring) of new 2" plastic flow line for this well. The trench and working areas have been filled in, graded, seeded, and mulched. Road fabric and stone have been installed to the wellhead and the well is currently shut in pending the hook up of the flow line to the west. No violations.
1872400283 2011-06-16 I received an email from Tim Cosma of Cedar Valley Energy about buying these wells from P & S Production. (2315-2316-2527-2528) I met him at the tank battery of these 4 wells. I inspected the wellhead and the tank battery and found that there were no violations at this time. I will check to see if any outstanding NOV's have been filed and get back with Tim. There are no violations at this time.
