1351597318 2012-10-29 I am on site this morning to witness the running and cementing of the 18 5 /8 Surface Casing string. I was advised that they would be ready at 8:00 am today. During my inspection this moring it was determined that casing would be cemented later today around 2 pm. I did return around 3 pm and found that the job was still running behind and would now be after 5 pm. Around 6 pm I received a phone from H&P 285 asking if they could set the minimum casing of 300 ft. I advised that they could. I was then advised that the cementers would be hooked up shortly and would begin cementing A.S.A.P. I returned to the site to witness the cementing and remained on site for several more hours. When I left they were not hooked up to cement the well and they felt it would be only a few more hours.
