-835958783 2014-01-16 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a 4" Concoyl unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There was a plug on the load line. The dike met containment requirements. A stenciled identification sign was properly posted on the tank. The lease road was in good condition.
1349354615 2012-06-14 I conducted a production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and a faded identification sign with no information. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I called Bob Barr Jr. of Big Sky and asked for a new identification sign to be posted. I will conduct a follow-up inspection.
