-1595290772 2007-10-11 Bass Energy has reportedly taken over operations of the Windsor wells. At the Houston, they have cut and chipped the trees and brush around the wellhead and the tank battery. Additional housekeeping is necessary around both.
-2044557406 2003-10-22 The Uniontown office received a letter from Bill Snow, the Bath Township Administrator, regarding the sales line from the Houston well. The line runs downhill from the tank battery and across North Fork Creek. The two inch coated line is exposed where it crosses of the creek. The pipeline is buried both east and west of the creek. The area will not likely be cultivated and the depth to bedrock may prevent burial. However, Windsor was contacted and asked that they explore options for preventing damage to this pipeline caused by floating debris.
-2065901757 2007-08-03 No change in the status of this site. The required work still needs to be completed.
-769974546 2007-08-29 No change in the condition of this well and tank battery. The required work has not started.
-770745866 2004-01-07 Windsor Associates had the gas sales line buried under North Fork Creek. No violations at this time.
-832835005 2007-09-13 No change in the status or condition of this well. There is a possibility that the operations will be assumed by Bass Energy.
1349039950 2007-02-23 Status check inspection found no violations at this time.
1391555370 2007-07-23 The Uniontown office received a complaint from Bill Snow, the Bath Township Administrator, regarding the overall condition of the Houston well and tank battery. This inspection found that 1) the fence around the wellhead was in poor condition without a secure gate or working lock, 2) trees were growing inside of the fenced areas, 3) no legible identification. I spoke with Peter Young who agreed that this well needed attention and that the maintenance items would be corrected. 9-9-02

1606075195 2008-01-30 The housekeeping and security issues around the wellhead and the tank battery have been corrected. New ID signs indicate that Bass Energy will be pumping the wells.
405396954 2014-01-29 Uniontown office was contacted by Mrs. Halle Luxmore and forwarded the complaint to me. I called Mrs. Luxmore in order to determine the nature of her complaint. She stated that recently bought a home at 3700 Hughstowne Dr. which has a " Free Gas " agreement with the owner of the B. Huston #1 well ( Black Mountain Petroleum ) and was told that the " free gas" would soon be shut off due to excessive useage. I informed her that DOGRM does not regularly get involved but I will speak with Mike Schrock ( Black Mountain ). Mr. Schrock stated that the Landowner is using all the gas the well can produce , domestic meter readings from 11/19/2013 to 1/28/2014 indicate consumption of 282 mcf. Mr. Schrock is concerned that due to low gas pressure that the separator ( a 2408 ) will malfunction and send fluid down DOM/EOG lines and present a safety problem. I spoke with Mr. Luxmore on location and explained Mr. Schrock's concerns and he seemed satisified. I suggested that may want to utilize the DOM/EOG supply and supplement with the gas off of the well. During my inspection I brought to Mr. Schrock's attention that the Operator I.D. signage still refected the previous owner and must be updated. I also asked him to place locks on the loadlines. No other violations were observed at this inspection.
