-1112144102 2013-01-17 On 1/17/2013, I performed a status check on the above well site. The tank battery is equipped with one 50 barrel tank and one 35 barrel and one horizontal separator. The well has 1.5" tubing and it is a plunger lift. Identification signs are posted. No violation at this time.
1038456065 2012-02-06 On 02/06/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. This well shares a tank battery with permit numbers 2-2225 and 2-2234. Proper identification signs were posted for all well heads. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
336341877 2009-02-12 I performed a random field inspection. The tank battery and the wellhead were GPS' d for the first time. I continued to walk around the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. The ID sign was posted. I found no violations at this time.
