-205713341 2014-04-18 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a separator. The dike met containment requirements. Identification signs were posted at the production tank. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I noticed approximately 1 to 2 gallons of oil floating on water around the separator. The water inside the dike at the separator was about 2 inches deep and thinned out towards the production tank. I called Matt Kleese. I instructed Matt suck out all of the water and oil, then remove any impacted grass, leaves, or soil. Also, I told Matt that I would re-inspect on Monday 4/21/14.
