1361559842 2013-02-22 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence with the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, buried, concrete brine tank, and a separator. It was surrounded by a dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The proper identification sign was posted on the tank and a plug of on the load line. The separator had a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in good condition. This well shares the tank battery with permit number 2-3070. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
