-1226265211 2014-04-07 On the day of my inspection I found that Nomac Drilling rig 70 was drilling the production hole at a depth of 5437'. The permit was posted and I found no leaks or spills around the drill site.
1395342595 2014-03-20 I am on site to witness the running and the cementing of the 20" inch diameter casing string. Express Drilling drilled a 26" inch diameter hole to 120 ft and set 120 ft of casing. Allied Cementing Service cemented with 246 sacks of class A cement @ 15.6 lb and a yield of 1.18. Had good cement returns.
1396612899 2014-04-04 Nomac Drilling rig 70 drilled a 17.5" hole to 637' and O-Tex Pumping cemented 627' of 13.325" casing to surface with class H cement. Chesapeake Exploration failed to notify me for the job. I contacted Wade to remind him of their responsibility to provide adequate notification prior to cementing casing. NONE(S)
