1359989525 2013-01-24 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit with the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The production tank had a carbon filter and the proper identification sign. There was a lock and bull plug on the load line. The tank battery was surrounded by the proper dike. The separator had a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in good, stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The production records were up to date on our database. This well shares the tank battery and lease road with permit numbers 2-3700 and 2-3737.
