-963463633 2012-03-13 My inspection this day is routine - I found well with pumping unit, capable of producing. Good identification at well but lacking permit number. Small 40 bbl tank down in hollow at wells, with no identification, dike is breached. Shipping tank up at road has identification too faded to read, a dike that will not meet SPCC requirements, no annual production has been turned in.
1786805756 2006-03-30 This well, as well as others are plotting far off from where they are shown on 3-D topo but believe this is permit no. This is old well with scissor jack, good ID's at well, tank may not be used. Needs to get all these wells put on their bond. Carl Heinrich is calling 2 wells north of these as his own but his are really 1/2 mile west of here. Old maps are confusing.
