-1775897935 2013-08-22 I am onsite to witness plugging operations. Cemenco pumped a total of 80 sks of class A cement mixed with 3 sks of gel. The cement stayed at surface. I instructed the well owner to reclaim the well according to 1509:072.
1212799345 2013-05-14 My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 5.5" casing, 2" tubing, and rods. A pump jack is present at the edge of the location. In a recent conversation with the operator he indicated that he was preparing to file for a plugging permit for this well.

517195147 2013-08-21 My inspection today finds the plugging contractor, Berry Well Service is pulling rods and tubing out of the well. I asked them to rip the casing at 100' intervals to ensure the backside of the casing is sealed when we cement.
