| -1494401822 | 2012-11-27 | I conducted an urban production well inspection. My inspection of this well found the following: the well is equipped with a plunger lift unit and located off of Forest Springs Drive. The well was not in production, however the ball valve on the flow line was open. I could not tell if the Demco valve was closed or not. No identification sign was posted at the well. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and one, 50 barrel brine tank. The battery has a sufficient dike around it. The heat treat separator was outside of the tank battery to the east, spacing was correct and equipped with a production chart. There are two wells produced into the tank battery, permit 2-3447 and permit 20947. The identification sign for permit 2-3447 was posted at the separator, but not for well, 2-0947. The lease road was stable and in good order. I researched our RBDMS database and found production has been reported for this well. I called Dave Rice of D & L Energy, Inc at 330-565-0430. I told him that D & L Energy Inc. has reported production for the wrong well and that permit 2-3447 appears shut in, but showing production. Permit 2-0947 is producing and the company is showing no production. I asked Dave Rice to straighten out production records between the two wells. I also asked Dave Rice to post the proper identification sign at the well head and that I would re-inspect the well 12/18/2012. | ||||
