1044484297 2008-03-19 Operator called to say well ready to inspect but not producing yet. He says he doesn't own it and is trying to get owner, Carl Heinrich to put it on his bond. Well has been capped, good ID's now. Still, can't resolve.
1197641969 2007-12-14 Inspection this day found well still sitting idle - no ID's but bonded to DePuy - he says Carl Heinrich owns it - needs to get it on his bond. No tanks found - old blank white sign on location that tells me once belonged to Southeastern O & G 9-9-05(A)10

1329248729 2012-02-14 My inspection this day was a follow-up to the violation. I found a casing well with swedge on it - shut in - and well not tied into sales line. I found good identification but cannot resolve the violation until well is producing.
254461944 2005-02-07 Inspection this day found well sitting open - has had jack on it but is gone, as is all other surface equipment, old, very faded sign says Southeastern and I believe this well belongs to Carl Heinrich. Was an old Braden well that Gale Depuy bought many years ago - sold everything else to Carl and this should have gotten signed over too, and ID's at well would have you believe it's Carl. Will talk to DePuy before sending NOV. 2/16/2005 - talked to Gale Depuy and he sold all these wells in area to Carl. Will give him permit no and have him get it off bond, then Carl needs to get producing or plug.
