-914155922 2009-02-18 Inspection this day found new GPS now that can get close to well - has been brushhogged around. Well has Churchill jack, rods and tubing. Plastic and steel line all over the lease, has been chopped in pieces - quite a bit of salvage as wells very old - were produced from central power - building falling down now. Ryan Carper will adopt and still needs permit no. Looking this day for other orphan wells shown on map. Not the Gracey well.
1364131271 2013-03-15 My inspection this day to place correct permit number with GPS'd location of well. Ryan Carper says they are producing the well - this one still has the service rig over it - and will send in the Form 7A to get wells added to bond. He is gradually working on these wells that are being adopted out of Orphan Well Program. Beagle Club owner Blaine Hendershot had complained that wells were not being produced - had wrote 3 non-compliance notices which included getting wells added to bond.
184243171 2014-08-19 Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production and is producing. The well has a pumping unit with a gasoline motor. The polish rod is shiny, indicating the well has been pumped recently. Carper Well Service now has this well on their bond as of 8/8/2014. Once production records are submitted for the well and the ID information is updated, the compliance notice can be written off.
1966889064 2009-02-18 Inspection this day found well not in production. No tank, no ID's.
882221995 2014-03-05 Well is equipped with a pumping unit and a gas engine. Production line is connected to the well and runs down to a common tank battery which is shared with two other wells on the lease. The tank battery consists of 2 100 barrel tanks. I was accompanied on this inspection by Mr. Ryan Carper. He has a lease with the landowner and is looking to add this well to his bond.
