1358434887 2013-01-17 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with slats. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, the proper identification sign, and contained two, 100 barrels oil/brine storage tanks, and a separator with a 7 day production chart. There were bull plugs on the load lines at the tanks. There was a weathered dike around the tank battery. The lease road was a parking area next to ETSI Environmental Systems. The production records were up to date on our database. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
