-1935640914 2012-10-24 I completed a Preliminary Restoration. I researched our database and found that ODNR Inspector Steve Ochs completed the Preliminary Restoration on 9/21/2011. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, the proper dike, and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank with an activated charcoal filter, low-pressure relief valve, and lightning arrestor, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with slats. I noticed no spills or leaks. The lease road was the parking lot for the school.
