1431062513 2012-02-09 On 02/06/2012, DNR Inspector Richard Skidmore completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. This well shares a tank battery with permit number 2-2216. The lease road, tank battery, and well head locations are in compliance with 1501:9-9-05. Inspection passed.
1639569854 2009-01-29 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the wellhead and the tank battery for the first time. I continued my walk around the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. The ID signs were posted. There were no violations at this time.
