-54147153 2014-05-22 Inspected production well on 05/22/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 2-horizontal separators located within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well equipped with a small metal identification tag. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1235752261 2009-02-27 Well is equipped with rabbit and 1-100 barrel tank and separator in battery. Rain, 40 degrees.
1362514208 2013-03-05 I inspected this well and found one plunger lift system installed on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or on the casing as there were no gauges installed on either. No leaks were detected on the wellhead or on the piping around the wellhead. There was a residential type gas meter with a regulator that was plumbed off of the casing and was providing gas to a nearby residence. The area around the well was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained two 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, one 50 bbl. steel brine storage tank, two horizontal oil and gas separator units each with an enclosed gas sales chart recorder and two drip assemblies. The proper signage was posted on the steel tanks and no visible leaks were seen on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. The entire tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. It was determined that one of the steel storage tanks and one of the separator units handles production for both the Blakslee #1 well and the Blakslee #3 well. The other steel storage tank and horizontal separator handles production for the Mqartin #1 well.
