1380040473 2013-09-24 My inspection today finds Express Drilling drilled a 32 inch hole to a depth of 111'. 26" casing was ran to 109'. Allied cemented the casing in place with 336 sks of class A cement. I witnessed 10 bbl of cement returns to surface. Twenty bbl of cement is still in the casing due to the job being stopped because of rising pressures.
