Mr. Altier was advised he could no longer use the annular disposal hook up n this well and was shown a copy of the Chief's Order requiring the suspension of the AD usage. This was the tanks that Debbie Hivnor had called in complaint on. She said Joey had run tank over, oil inside the dike. This day found all oil had been cleaned up - not a trace of oil. This lease looks so much clean and neater than when I looked at it 8 years ago. |
