| 604554987 | 2011-05-24 | Dike has been cut to allow rain water out of the dike, ditch had been backfilled water was weeping out of it.. Tested water CL- in the water were 2504ppm. There is oil with peat sorb mixed into it in the battery. Pictures taken. Called Danny Glenn from Oxford. Informed him of the issues and remediation needed. 1. Peat sorb and oil removed from dike. 2. Water in the dike needs removed, either pumped into tanks or removed by water truck. 3. Dike needs built up. 4. West side of the dike needs seeded. Danny requested that he be allowed to install a dike drain. Dike drain must have a riser pipe and bull plugged. Informed Danny first time drain is found not to have cap or plug in it, it will be removed. I plugged up weep with clay from site during inspection. | NONE[C] |
