-868215890 | 2014-03-06 | My pre-transfer inspection found the well not in commercial production. The well was providing domestic gas to Mr. Darrell Fluharty and Mr. Jerri Fluharty's home. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The well had the minimum 200 ft from an inhabited dwelling and public building. There was no production equipment associated with the well. The landowner owns the property on which the well resides and has the minimum five acres. I spoke to both residents about their responsibilities as an exempt domestic well owner. |
