1176216739 2007-04-09 Operator cleaned out well to depth 1206 feet. Only 8 inch casing was found in well. No obstructions encountered. Pumped 100 sacks of cement thru 1196 feet of tubing. Water was recirculated to vac truck tank.. Cement will be allowed to set up overnight and finish plug on the next day.

1652974248 2007-04-10 Cement set up at 470 feet from plug on 4/9/07. Pumped 120 sacks of cement into well until cement recirculated to tank. Cement level was stable at top of well. ID plate was on site. Pipe in well was cut off approximately 7 feet below ground prior to plugging since it had been bent over from previous activity. Cement in hole will be removed to approximately 4 feet below ground and ID plate attached.
