-892946161 2013-04-01 On 4/01/2013, I performed a status check on the above well site. The tank battery is equipped with one 100 barrel tank . This is a 4.5" swab well. Identification signs are posted. No violations were noted at this time.
-948859129 2008-12-17 I performed a random field inspection. The wellhead and the tank battery were GPS'd for the first time. I walked around both the tank battery and the well and found both to be in good shape. I found no violations at this time.
1337011885 2012-04-25 On 4/25/2012, I completed a production well inspection status check for DNR Inspector Chris Grimm. My inspection found the well head was a 4" x 2" direct flow line that was in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank and no separator. I noticed no spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition and there are no violations at this time.
