-1076387548 2007-11-14 I preformed a random field inspection. GPS'd both the well and the tank battery. ID signs were posted. The tank battery was in very good shape. There were no violations at this time.
-1688488528 2012-02-02 I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well head was fenced with chain link, and it is equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel stock tank, and three separators, no brine storage tank present. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and the dike was free of vegetation and debris. The tank battery is shared with permits 2951, and 2811. Proper identification was posted, and I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time.
