| -1028461976 | 2011-09-26 | An inspection revealed no violations. The well owner's gauge placed on the injection side of well was used to record only the injection pressure for this inspection. Attempts to remove this gauge were not successful, due to being seized to 1/4" fitting therefore, opted to prevent damage to company equipment. Injection pump would later turn on and pressure showed 580-590 psi on murphy switch. During the inspection, UIC Brine Hauler, EC Nabors (Energy Contractors), UIC #25 335, Lic # BA 522956, arrived with 100 bbls from the following: Lease Name 590-373, Producer 37 031-25296, Clarion, Pennsylvania. | -1853280632 | 2012-07-20 | During inspection I was accompanied by Jeff Fry. We measured the dike and the dimensions were 50' by 32' by 28". This satisfies the capacity needed for containment. Upon inspection we found one of the tanks to be leaking from the 10" manifold on the front of the tank. We tested the water leaking from the tank with a Quantab test strip. The test strip read >2022 ppm for chlorides. The water was being contained inside the dike. I informed Mike Chapin by phone of the leak. Chris with Elkhead arrived during inspection and informed us he would fix the leak. We told Chris that we would check back later in the afternoon to see if the leak has been stopped. While we were at the injection well a brine hauler operated by Waste Management was unloading a tank of water. The truck driver was Chord Fleming. I asked to see his log book and it was filled out with all the correct information. | ||||
