The well is leaking gas form the 4.5 inch casing just above the 7 to 4 inch casing head. Some one has put a patch on the casing at some time in the past. Gas meter reading showed 0-LEL and 0-H2S at this time. (Slight south west wind). The well is incapable of production at this time, the production line is unhooked. No production equipment or storage facilities. Talked to Mr. Flowers, he stated that he does not know who owns the well at this time. No one has produced the well for some time now. 10:34 am called the number listed in RBDMS it was an accounting firm for OGE in Napoleon OH. They told me Tony Kryder would be the contact. 10:50am called and left a message for Tony Kryder. 12:00pm Tony returned my call he told me that he does not work for OGE at this time. The owner lives in Austria. He may have a contact number and will look it up and call me back. |

There were signs of a leak in a previous patch in the 4.5" casing approximately 15" below the casing head. The corrective action from the Compliance Notice issued in 2011 has not been completed. The inspection was done at the request of Eric Vendel from The Ohio Division of Oil and Gas. |
